Perched on the heights of Mandelieu-la-Nae, Villa Lagon is an exceptional property offering magnificent sea views over the Bay of Cannes. This unique residence stands out for its modular layout, ideal for large families or groups of friends seeking privacy on the French Riviera.

This very spacious 360 m² villa is divided into the main villa and three separate and indipendent apartments, comprising a total of six bedrooms and four living areas. The property is largely air-conditioned and features four living rooms with fully equipped kitchens. A large shared area and a hammam are available for relaxation. The main villa is also equipped with a laundry room to make daily life easier.

The sleeping accommodation, spread between the main villa and the three independent apartments, can host up to 12 guests in six comfortable bedrooms, allowing everyone to enjoy their own private space.
Master Suite (main villa): 180 cm double bed, air-conditioned, bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower, access to a private terrace with sea views.
Bedroom 2 (main villa): 160 cm double bed, air-conditioned, en-suite shower room/WC, access to the garden.
Bedroom 3 (Apartment) without air conditioning : 160 cm double bed, hammam, access to the pool.
Bedroom 4 (Apartment) without air conditioning : 180 cm double bed, bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower.
Bedroom 5 (Apartment): 180 cm four-poster bed, air-conditioned, full bathroom.
Bedroom 6 (Apartment): 160 cm double bed, air-conditioned, en-suite shower room/WC, access to the garden.

This modular design is a valuable asset, offering separate living spaces while sharing all outdoor areas.

The enclosed 3,000 m² grounds surround a large private swimming pool (12 x 6 m), perfect for swimming and relaxation. Spacious terraces equipped with sun loungers and a barbecue allow you to fully enjoy the panoramic sea views.
