250m from the beach, small holiday home (25 m2) adjoining a gated residence with swimming pool.
On the ground floor: Living room with sofa bed, table, chairs, TV, fan. Kitchen area (dishwasher, oven/microwave combination, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric coffee maker, etc.). Shower room (shower, sink, toilet, washing machine).
On the floor: two small bedrooms, each with a double bed and a television. Both are air-conditioned.
Enclosed terrace with garden furniture and awning.
A parking space in the residence closed by an automatic gate.
Internet connection available (extra).
Swimming pool (7m x 3m) open July and August, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The residence has a swimming pool. However, if it is not open for technical or health reasons, the tenant will not be entitled to any refund.
Not included in the rental: final cleaning, sheets, towels, baby bed, high chair, tourist tax, pet supplement.
Pets allowed: Only one pet is allowed. It is mandatory to inform the agency when booking; otherwise, the pet will not be accepted. The supplement must be paid on the day of arrival.
