Exit to the loggia. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, bath/shower, hip bath. Upper floor: (spiral staircase) living room with digital TV and flat screen. Exit to the loggia. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher). Bath/shower. Natural stone floors. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (8), covered balcony, sitting area. Beautiful view of the swimming pool and the garden. Very cosy, comfortable villa "Ca´Sita salobre Pueblo", 2 storeys. In the centre of Pueblo Salobre, in the resort Gran Canaria, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. Private: garden, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Public parking on the road. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment on request. Object suitable for 14 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
