Located in Montauroux, our family villa offers complete privacy, a private swimming pool, and is nestled on the hillside overlooking Lake Saint-Cassien. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside while remaining close to towns: 35 minutes from Cannes and 40 minutes from Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël.
Welcome to the Canton of Fayence, a countryside setting close to the sea. For a peaceful holiday, we offer a magnificent family villa with Provençal charm, nestled in the hills above Montauroux in a quiet, wooded estate with a breathtaking view of Lake Saint-Cassien. It will offer you a tranquil and private holiday while remaining close to major cities.
This villa of over 200 square meters consists of a large living/dining room of 80 square meters with a modern fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with several spaces, a spacious television area, a relaxation area with a view of the lake, a dining area, and abundant natural light filters into this living room thanks to the numerous bay windows that run along the room.
In the sleeping area you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and high-quality bedding.

Room 3: This large 30 square meter room consists of a 140x190 bed on the ground floor as well as an adjoining shower room with a toilet, you will enjoy a unique space, a mezzanine with two 140x190 beds, ideal for children, quiet times, or reading sessions, this room also has a television area with an exercise bike for sports enthusiasts.
A large, separate bathroom with a corner bath completes the sleeping area.
As an added bonus, a large dressing room with a laundry area, washing machine and dryer are at your disposal.
Garden side:
You will enjoy an outdoor space of 3800 m2 worthy of the south of France, wooded, flowery and fully equipped to spend all your days outdoors.
Comprising 3 terraces, one off the kitchen, one off the living room facing the lake with a barbecue, and a relaxation terrace by the pool
All are equipped with parasols and awnings to provide shelter.
Finally, there is a parking space for 3 cars at the entrance to the villa.

The villa is located in Montauroux, you will be 10 minutes from Lake Saint-Cassien, 20 minutes from the motorway, 35 minutes from Mandelieu-La-Nae and Cannes and 40 minutes from Fréjus.
The Canton of Fayence consists of 9 historic villages and numerous restaurants renowned for their high-quality local cuisine.
PASSENGER ACCESS
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. Keys will be handed over automatically via a key box from 4 PM onwards at the property address.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Linen is provided for stays of 6 nights or more; for stays of less than 6 nights, it will be an optional extra charge and available upon request.
You may be asked to pay an additional fee for the tourist tax depending on the booking platform chosen.
