There are also two bedrooms with two single beds each, a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and access to a solarium.The villa has air conditioning in the 4 bedrooms and the living room.Outside, there is a large terrace with a private 7.5x3 meter pool, with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower. In addition, there is a built-in barbecue to enjoy meals outdoors. Parking for two vehicles is located on the same plot, which is completely closed.The location is ideal for those who want to do without the vehicle during the holidays. It is located just 750 meters from the sandy beach and all the restaurants in the area.
