- very lively neighborhood;
- numerous restaurants, bars and terraces along the Erdre as you leave the dead end;
- proximity to the tram and the city center;
- possibility of parking in the dead end.
Places of interest near the accommodation:
- Emporieto: Check out the Italian restaurant on the impasse. Its products are delicious and its cuisine is delicious!
- Very nice island cafe too.
- Talensac Market: The people of Nantes love to go to the market in Talensac. It's a beautiful covered market. If the weather is nice, at the end of the morning, buy some shrimp, a little cheese, or some tapas at the market, sit down at a café terrace, order a glass of wine, and enjoy!
- Île de Versailles: a small island on the Erdre, ideal for a short stroll after dinner or with the kids (small park with children's playground). This island is famous for its Japanese garden. Enter the Maison de l'Erdre (exhibitions and aquarium). You'll also find a canoe and electric boat rental for a trip on one of the most beautiful rivers in France.
- Nice walk, jog or bike ride along the Erdre: when you leave the house, go left along the Erdre for a walk, run or bike ride. It's up to you if you want to do 1, 2, 5 or 15 km! If you don't want to come back the same way, take a bridge and come back on the other side of the river; and many more...
