Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: small office with sloping ceilings. 2 rooms with sloping ceilings with rooflight, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Terrace 40 m2, south facing position and, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4).
