- Sea view with heated swimming pool: Enjoy a panoramic view of the sea from the many terraces and balconies of the villa. You can admire the passing boats and the natural beauty of Corsica. The 10* 5 infinity pool is secured by an alarm.
- Private Pontoon with Dead Bodies: Sailing enthusiasts will be delighted with a private pontoon and three dead bodies at their disposal. Bring your own boat or rent one to explore the picturesque surroundings.
- Petanque court: A petanque court is set up on the property for moments of entertainment and competition with family or friends.
- Capacity for 24 People: This spacious villa offers comfortable accommodation for up to 24 people, 16 adults and 8 children, making it the ideal place for family reunions, weddings or large groups of friends.

Each villa has 4 bedrooms. The dormitory is independent.
One of the villas has a fully equipped kitchen and the other a lounge / office area.

The property has a unique location. Each terrace of the villa faces the sea with no vis-à-vis.
The main terrace connecting the two villas is equipped with a large lounge / relaxation area, a dining area and an outdoor kitchen equipped with barbecue, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker. A canvas is put in place to protect you from the sun.
For the dining area, umbrellas are available.
Below, is the infinity pool with several sunbathing areas and access to the petanque court and the pontoon. The pool is bean-shaped and measures about 10*5. It is heated and secured with an alarm.
Access to the pontoon is secured by a small gate. On the other hand, caution with children remains mandatory.
Three dead bodies are available in front of the villa.
The property has a parking space that can accommodate 4/5 cars.
