"Casale Ulisse", 4-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, dining table and flat screen. Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. 1 open double bedroom with 1 double bed. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating, air-conditioning (extra). Garden 600 m2, lawn. Barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 pet/ dog allowed. The bedroom on the ground floor is situated in a stone building approx 5 meters from the house. The bathroom on the ground floor is accessible only from the veranda. Approx 3 m from the house there is an under cover wood burning oven and barbecue. The floor is reached also by a outdoor staircase. The veranda of about 40 m with dining table, ping pong in the garden gazebo with swing.
