Spacious family villa with 4 bedrooms and a beautiful swimming pool offering breathtaking sea views overlooking the tip of the Gulf of St Tropez. Ideally located close to the beach and the town centre of Les Issambres.
The villa's interior layout offers spacious rooms and excellent comfort. A covered terrace (with two awnings) at the front of the villa allows for al fresco dining while enjoying the exceptional views.
The terraced garden is adorned with beautiful Mediterranean plantings and a pétanque court. The swimming pool is protected by a safety cover.

- Living room, air-conditioned, very bright with sea view, lounge equipped with a flat screen television and a large sofa, dining room with access to the pool and covered terrace.

*** Pool heating is only available from June to September, weather permitting. We reserve the right to refuse pool heating at any time before arrival if we deem weather conditions unsuitable. All cancellations must be requested at least 15 days prior to arrival; otherwise, the full amount will be charged. Any last-minute request (less than 7 days before arrival) will incur a €50 surcharge to cover the unexpected travel of our staff. Please contact us for further information.
