Welcome to La Bergerie des Oliviers, an old family stone building steeped in history, now transformed into an authentic and welcoming home.
This 70 m² single-story house offers an exceptional living environment in the hills above Saint-André-de-la-Roche, where old-world charm meets modern comfort. Upon arrival, you will be captivated by the expansive 1000 m² grounds planted with centuries-old olive trees and by the breathtaking panoramic views stretching all the way to the Bay of Angels.
The main living area, bathed in light thanks to a large bay window creating a unique indoor-outdoor effect, features a lounge with a television and a fireplace for your off-season evenings. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned, ensuring optimal comfort throughout the year.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine for easy meal preparation. For your comfort, the accommodation includes a toilet near the bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. A washing machine, iron, and hairdryer are also provided.
For your overnight stays, the house can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to a master bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and a ceiling fan, a sleeping area with a single bed next to the stairs, and a high-quality 160x200cm sofa bed in the living room. A baby cot is also available for younger guests.
To make your stay easier and lighten your luggage, bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Please note that the accommodation has a wifi connection, giving you the perfect opportunity for a real connection.

There is also an on-demand transport service (C8) available by reservation in the area. Ideal for families: teenagers can easily go and enjoy the sea while parents stay and relax at home.
