Located in a quiet and peaceful area (Le Rapatel) close to the port (less than 700m), shops (less than 100m) and the beach (less than 800m).
This property is composed of 3 large bedrooms:
bedroom 1: 140 cm bed with closet and bay window overlooking the garden
bedroom 2: 140cm bed with closet and window overlooking garden
Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds (90 cm) with chest of drawers and bay window overlooking the garden. Large main room with: open-plan fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, etc.), dining room, living room - Shower room with walk-in shower and separate WC.
All very well equipped: Air conditioning, Wi-Fi... Renovated in 2022.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
This rental accepts pets - A supplement of €30 per pet/stay will be requested.
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival.
