Right from the doorstep, the house reveals a warm and refined decor. The particularly bright living room opens entirely to the outside, blurring the lines between the house and the terrace. The lounge, with its elegant velvet armchairs and smart TV, wraps you in a cozy atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day by the sea. Moving forward, you will discover an ultra-equipped modern kitchen, designed for food lovers: oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and even a coffee bean machine for perfect breakfasts.
Our sleeping arrangements...
The sleeping area has been carefully arranged to guarantee optimal comfort and great privacy for each guest. It consists of three elegant bedrooms:
Two superb double bedrooms, each equipped with a large, comfortable bed (160x200 cm).
A charming twin bedroom, offering two single beds (90x200 cm).
For everyone's comfort, the villa features a beautiful modern shower room and separate toilets.
Our outdoors & wellness area...
The major and undeniable asset of our house is its superb outdoor space, an exceptional privilege in the city center. With the rays of the sun, the large wooden terrace transforms into a true additional living room. You will find a convivial dining area with an electric plancha, comfortable garden furniture, and deckchairs for lounging. But its best-kept secret remains its luxurious private jacuzzi (hot tub). Slipping into it in the evening, under the starry Vendée sky, is a rare and unforgettable experience.
On the practical side, staying right in the center is a joy, and we have thought of everything: the property includes a private, closed garage (located on the street adjacent to the main entrance). An extremely valuable advantage to park your vehicle in complete peace of mind, especially during the busy summer season!

The villa offers the ultimate holiday luxury: a hyper-central location that allows you to completely forget about your car and do everything on foot. You are immersed in the gentle bustle of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, just a few minutes' walk from the fishing port, the pedestrian streets, the train station, and local food shops (including the famous fish market). For swimming, the charming and family-friendly Boisvinet beach, nestled in its picturesque cornice, is only 800 meters from the house. Cycling enthusiasts will also appreciate the quick access to the legendary Vélodyssée cycle path to explore the coast.
CONCIERGE FEES AND OPTIONAL SERVICES
To guarantee a hotel-quality standard and complete transparency, preparation fees are not included in the online booking. Payment is made directly to our concierge service "Les Clefs de l'Océan" after your stay is confirmed.
Mandatory fees (Essential Services):
End-of-Stay Cleaning (Mandatory): 110 euros per stay. (The accommodation must still be left in a decent state: clean dishes and emptied bins).
Bed Linen and Towels Package (Mandatory): 10 euros per person. This package allows us to provide hotel-quality linen (beds are made upon arrival), bath towels (1 large and 1 small towel per person), and kitchen towels.
Your Comfort Options (On request):
Early check-in (subject to availability): 50 euros.
Late check-out (subject to availability): 50 euros.
Additional cleaning during the stay: 39 euros per hour.
Pets (under 25 kg): 15 euros per stay.
Tourist tax (Mandatory): Variable depending on your booking.
Security Deposit: A deposit of 1,000 euros will be requested before your arrival. This is done as a pre-authorization on your credit card (the amount is not debited).
Our team will contact you upon validation of your booking to arrange the payment of these services and offer you our tailor-made services (bike rental, etc.).
HOUSE RULES
To preserve the beauty of this villa, the interior is strictly non-smoking. Parties and noisy events are not allowed in order to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. The use of the jacuzzi is under the sole responsibility of the guests.
