A renovated holiday home for 10 with private pool in the beautiful Boulouris in Saint-Raphaël (Var, Côte d'Azur, southern France). This pleasant holiday home centrally located in Saint Raphael has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. In this holiday home for 10 people, enjoy several great facilities such as the private pool, enclosed garden and air conditioning.
The air-conditioned holiday home has a very attractive, well-kept and comfortable interior. The spacious living room with adjacent dining area has large windows opening directly onto the terrace and private pool. The master bedroom with ensuite private bathroom is located on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. Upstairs, the other rooms are spacious and all have air conditioning. One of the rooms has a nice balcony overlooking the grounds.
In this holiday home for 10 people on the Côte d'Azur, enjoy the balmy temperatures on the open terrace thanks to comfortable lounge chairs and cool off in the blissful private pool. With the available barbecue, you can create a sumptuous dinner for you and all holidaymakers. The grounds are fenced and several cars can park easily and safely at the back of the house.

In Fréjus, catch the boat for a trip to Saint-Tropez and stroll along the promenade past the world's most expensive yachts. Saint-Raphaël, too, has a lovely seaside promenade with a lively night market every day in summer. For sunbathers, there are several beaches nearby to rest on. For golfers, this area is a true paradise. There are several golf courses in the area with excellent reputations. Also for children there is the adventure water park Aqualand in Fréjus!
