The owner's note, Saskia

Child-friendly, air-conditioned villa with private, heatable swimming pool (secured with an electric cover), 3ha private grounds, overlooking vineyards and Mont Ventoux, within walking distance of the charming Saint-Restitut with its cobbled streets, chapel, restaurants and weekly market on Saturday. Pets are allowed (on request).

From the parking you walk onto the terrain with terraces, large lawn and the swimming pool. The pool has wide steps and there is a sun terrace with sun beds. A restanque lower you will find a nice jeu-de-boules court. There is also a table tennis table.

The house is equipped with air conditioning. On the ground floor is a large kitchen with an adjoining terrace and in a vault you will find the dining room. On the floor a nice living room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 5th bedroom can be reached by stairs from the living room.
