Exit to the terrace. 1 small room with 1 french bed (140 cm). 2nd upper floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 100 - 300 cm with 2 beds (80 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/WC. Gas heating. Terrace 25 m2, terrace 10 m2, large patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Bed layout is flexible.
