"Vittorio", 3-room house 70 m2 on 2 levels, on the upper ground floor. Rustic furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, dining table and satellite TV. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, freezer, electric coffee machine) with open-hearth fireplace and dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating (extra). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds and air conditioning. Patio, garden, porch. Barbecue (portable), deck chairs, box-room. Panoramic view. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. 2 parking spaces on the lower part of the property, from there through the garden via footpath and stairs to the house (approx. 50 m). The terraced garden is behind the house, access approx. 20 m via footpath and a few stairs. In winter the gazebo is not covered. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site except for local tax.
