With a surface area of 300 m² on a plot of 320 m², the villa combines comfort and elegance in a privileged location with views of Lake Garda. The property is ideal for those who love nature and wish to stay close to the lake, being only 150 metres from the centre of Soiano del Lago and just a few steps from numerous tourist attractions in the area.
The interiors are equipped with 3 bathrooms, two with a bathtub and one with a large shower, perfect for the needs of a large family. The bedrooms include 3 double beds and 1 double sofa bed, ensuring comfort for all guests.
The American induction kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals.
