It offers easy walking access to the beach, the marine lake, and the town center. In addition, a small Leclerc supermarket is nearby, making daily shopping easy.
Villa La Teignouse is ideally suited to family living, comfortably accommodating a couple and two children. It sits on a 1380 m² plot, sharing a common gate with another house.
