Located in Spéracèdes, in a peaceful and leafy residential area, Villa Madonette is a modern home offering stunning panoramic views stretching all the way to the sea. It is the perfect setting for fun-filled family holidays, just 20 km from sandy beaches and 8 km from Grasse.
This 140 sqm villa, fully air-conditioned and arranged over two levels, has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and entertainment. The spacious 55 sqm living and dining area is bright and welcoming, featuring a decorative fireplace and a table football, ideal for shared moments. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, and a practical utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available for your convenience.
The sleeping area accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, spread across both levels.
Bedroom layout:
Bedroom 1 (Ground floor): 160 cm double bed, walk-in wardrobe, TV, en-suite shower room with whirlpool shower, WC, and double washbasin.
Bedroom 2 ( floor): 160 cm double bed, storage, en-suite whirlpool shower room.
Bedroom 3 ( floor): Two single beds (2 x 90 cm), storage.
Bedroom 4 ( floor): 140 cm double bed, storage.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 on the floor share a bathroom with bathtub and WC. The villa therefore offers three bathrooms/shower rooms, including two with whirlpool features.
Set on a 2,400 sqm landscaped plot, the outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and open-air leisure. The private swimming pool (10 x 4 m) with a flat bottom is secured by a safety barrier. The pool house features a large 6-seater jacuzzi (50 jets), outdoor lounge furniture, and an outdoor television.
Leisure facilities abound: a ping-pong table and a trampoline will delight children and adults alike. The villa also provides three private parking spaces. Shops are just 3.5 km away, all within a calm, green environment.
