"Chalet Lechtraum", 2-room house 80 m2. Object suitable for 3 adults + 2 children. Tasteful and wooden furniture furnishings: 1 double bedroom. Large kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with 1 sofabed, 2 sleeping facilities, Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Heating. Wooden floors. Large terrace, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (roofed, 1 car) at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. In addition, there is a "sleeping barrel", a sauna and a bathing cup on the terrace, hidden from view!
