This cosy and familial 90 sq. m house on one level, neatly decorated, includes :
- a beautiful 755 sq. m garden, with a swimming-pool, a terrace and a plancha,
- a nice and sunny veranda,
- a large and bright living room,
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bedroom with two simple beds,
- a nice and well equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, hotplates, dish-washer, fridge),
- a bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi and fan.

It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail.

Located between the Basque and the Landes Countries, you will be at the best place to fully enjoy the animations of the Coast, while resting in a calm and peaceful environment. Shops will be just nearby, including a supermarket and several restaurants 3 min walking away, and it will just take you 10 min by car to join the beach. At last, in a few minutes driving, you will reach the cities of Bayonne, Biarritz or Hossegor.
