Exit to the terrace. Bath/bidet/WC. No heating option. On the lower ground floor: living/dining room with digital TV. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool. Shower/WC.
