Bath/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair) living room with satellite TV and radio. 1 double bedroom. Shower, sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: (steep stair), 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 sofabed and 1 double bed. Low door height 180 cm ceiling height 190 cm. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Balcony 10 m2, patio. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs (4). Marvellous view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Above Vorderlanersbach 3 km from the centre of Tux, 4 km from the centre of Lanersbach, 15 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, on a slope. In the house: ski boot dryer. Steep, narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. 30 m footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Lanersbach Eggalmbahnen/Tux" 1.1 km, railway station "Mayrhofen Bahnhof" 12.6 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km.
