Our jewel of a home offers you a warm and comfortable retreat, with immediate access to the natural splendor that surrounds you.

Covering an area of 105m², our house has everything you need for a memorable stay. Due to complete fencing around the house, the house is ideal to travel there with dogs.

On the floor, you'll find a convivial living/dining room, equipped with a TV for your moments of relaxation.
The fully-equipped kitchen lets you prepare delicious meals, with a Senseo and filter coffee maker at your disposal.
A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and en-suite shower offers privacy and comfort.
A separate toilet is also available on this level.

Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms, two with double beds and the third with a bunk bed (sleeps 2), for optimal rest and relaxation.
There's also a bathroom with bathtub for well-deserved relaxation.
A second independent toilet completes this floor for added convenience.

Outside, our 697 m² fully fenced garden offers you a true haven of peace.
Take advantage of the terrace for relaxing moments, and organize convivial meals thanks to our BroilKing gas barbecue.
An outdoor table and deckchairs are also at your disposal, so you can enjoy the great outdoors in complete tranquillity.

For game lovers, a nearby petanque court invites you to enjoy a friendly game, while a tennis court lets you get out and about in style.

As part of our commitment to the environment, we provide a Wallbox Copper SB charger for electric vehicles, enabling you to recharge your car with up to 22 kW of power. The Wallbox does not come with a cable, so you'll need to use the one in your vehicle.

You'll also benefit from a 700 M/bit fiber-optic WIFI connection, so you can stay connected throughout your stay.

A pellet fireplace is available as an additional heating system (optional). You can buy pellets in any supermarket or DIY store for 5 - 7 EUR per 15 kg bag. In the heating season, 1 bag is usually sufficient for 3 - 4 days of continuous operation

We're also keen to ensure your safety, so we've installed a video surveillance system outside, which you can deactivate during your stay for greater privacy.

✘ Smoking is not permitted in the house.
✘ The house must be left in order, dishes done and put back in their place, bed linen (comforter cover / sheets / pillowcase) removed and roughly folded, towels collected in the bathroom.
