This charming, air-conditioned 44 m² apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It features a bright living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
On the sleeping side, the accommodation has a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (140x190 cm), ideal for peaceful nights. Upstairs, you will find a second spacious bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm) and two single beds (90x190 cm), perfect for accommodating the whole family.
For added convenience, a washing machine is available in the kitchen, making your daily life easier during your stay.

Outside, the house boasts a pleasant terrace with an awning, ideal for enjoying sunny days while remaining in the shade. A perfect setting for enjoying moments of relaxation outdoors and taking full advantage of the Mediterranean climate.
The accommodation has two numbered parking spaces in the shared parking lot of the residence.

Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via the cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly with on-site parking. Many water activities are offered on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.
This charming house is located in a private and secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
By train: Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger train station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €200 will be requested upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed and bathroom linen.
Bed and bath linen kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat rate of €60 including tax.
