Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Chalet built on one side on a quiet, sunny south-facing slope with beautiful, unobstructed panoramic views of the Churfisten, a little paradise. A large, fenced-in garden as well as the large, covered balcony and a small balcony on the upper floor give this house a special touch. The chalet is furnished in a modern alpine chic style and offers everything your heart desires. The holiday home is suitable for a maximum of 5 people. The chalet has 2 bedrooms upstairs with sleeping space for 5 people and 1 sofa bed in the gallery downstairs. The toboggan run (Gamplüt) leads down the slope into the village - just a few steps away from the "Toggi" chalet - and the ski bus stops close to the Steinrüti neighbourhood, simply brilliant. Wonderful winter hiking trails in winter and hiking routes on all the hills in summer, all within walking distance. The village centre with shopping facilities is just a few minutes' walk away. A garage and 3 parking spaces (2 in front of the house, 1 in front of the garage) as well as WLAN are available free of charge. The final cleaning is carried out by a cleaning company for an additional charge. Electricity, heating, waste disposal charges, cleaning materials and firewood for the fireplace are provided by the landlord. Other kitchen equipment (kitchen): - 5 seats at the table - fondue and raclette utensils. Sports facilities in the surrounding area: fishing, mountaineering, ice skating, golf course in Haag, minigolf, hunting, climbing, mountain biking, paragliding, cycling tours, rafting, riding hall, riding arena / riding facilities, tobogganing, skiing (alpine), skiing (cross-country), sports centre, tennis.
Note: the cost is CHF 10 per dog per night and CHF 135 for the final cleaning.
