Luxury Matoš Estate offers 65 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1500 m2. It is 600 meters from the nearest beach, which is an excellent opportunity for diving and swimming in the clear Adriatic Sea. The villa has underfloor heating and can accommodate a maximum of 5 people, and optimally 4 people. You will be comfortably accommodated in 2 bedrooms with double beds, and an additional person may sleep on the sofa in the living room. There is 1 bathroom with a shower. As additional amenities, you will use a washing machine and an iron.
