With its 416 m2 of elegant architecture, Villa Chiara Di Arasu embodies a refined vision of the art of living in Corsica. At the heart of the villa, the contemporary open kitchen is extended by an elegant snack bar, creating a space naturally dedicated to moments of sharing. Fully equipped, it combines functionality and refinement with a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machines and a complete sn of culinary equipment. Each room has its own complete bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), 7 in total. The other two rooms only include a toilet and a sink. One is located next to the living room and the kitchen, the other on the lower level, adjoining the gym, near the cinema room.

Fully air-conditioned, this villa offers an experience of absolute comfort down to the smallest detail. Nine televisions, a Wi-Fi connection and fiber complete the technological services, to combine une conciergerie, modernity and freedom throughout the stay.

The property has a swimming pool of 13 x 4 meters, secured by a roller shutter, offering a privileged space for swimming and moments of freshness. Around the pool, 16 sun loungers invite you to settle down comfortably to fully enjoy the long Corsican days.
The exterior layout also favors natural shade, without umbrellas, to preserve the harmony of the setting and offer an authentic and soothing atmosphere.
For outdoor meals, a plancha makes it possible to prolong the moments of conviviality around a summery and generous cuisine. The property also has a private parking for up to 6 vehicles.
