Welcome to our charming triplex ideally located opposite Biarritz train station! Please note that this accommodation is not suitable for toddlers due to stairs and road access.

Our triplex offers comfortable space for you and your travelling companions. All four bedrooms are equipped with 140x190 cm double beds to ensure a good night's sleep. Each bedroom also has a storage cupboard. For your convenience, we provide high-speed WiFi internet access throughout the triplex. If you need to work during your stay, two of the bedrooms have a desk area.

The living room includes a Full HD TV, sofa and dining table. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped with an American fridge, dishwasher, 4-burner hob, extractor fan, oven, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, crockery and cutlery. You can prepare delicious meals just like at home.

A washing machine is available for your personal use, and a hairdryer is provided in the bathroom. In addition, you will find an iron and ironing board.

The triplex has double-glazed windows, providing sound and heat insulation for a pleasant and peaceful stay.

- Welcome products: On arrival, you will find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other essentials).
- Bed linen and towels: Sheets are provided and beds are made for your arrival. Towels and bath mats are also included. All these items are cleaned and disinfected by our professional laundry, Homies Eco Pressing.
- Surface cleaning at the end of your stay: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.

- Taxi: Taxis are a quick and convenient way to get around Biarritz. It takes around 5 minutes to get to the airport. The train station is 500m away.
- Parking: It is advisable to check the road signs to avoid any parking offences.

## Notes

Here is the information regarding booking conditions and check-in options for My home in:

- Once the booking is confirmed, the My home in team will contact you to organise your stay.
- There are two check-in options:
Either, you will be greeted by a member of the My home in team between 4pm and 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm, a supplement of 30 euros will be charged. And 50 euros if you arrive after 9pm.
In other words, you arrive on your own. The procedure will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.
