The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building located on a quiet street, 500 meters from the sea, in a residential neighborhood, away from the bustle of the tourist areas, but close to the centre of Can Picafort. It is also around 400m. from a public swimming pool and tennis courts, and just next there is a gym.
