Bright corner apartment, facing South and East, with an area of 48 m², able to accommodate up to 6 people.
It has a sunny terrace furnished with garden furniture as well as a loggia offering additional living space.
The living room includes a sofa bed for two people and a television.
Two bedrooms are available: one with a double bed (140cm), the other with two single beds (90cm).
The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine.
Separate bathroom and toilet.
Secure parking at the foot of the residence.
Optional extras: Bed linen is not provided but can be reserved and collected when you pick up the keys (double bed linen kit: €12.00 / towel kit: with one large and one small towel: €8.00). - High chair rental: €15 per week - Baby cot rental: €15 per week -
You will be asked to pay the security deposit for your rental; the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be completed before your arrival (no cash or checks).
