The 5-room/triplex house: with a surface area of approximately 110 m² with garden and swimming pool access in a private and secure residence.
On the garden level, an air-conditioned living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen opens onto the terrace and garden. Storage cupboards and a separate toilet are provided.
On the floor, two bedrooms each with a 140*200 double bed, a third bedroom with a Queen size double bed (160*200) opening onto a terrace. All three bedrooms have views of the swimming pool.
On the second and last floor, a 140*200 convertible sofa and a shower room with WC.
Linen not provided, rental available: Double bed €20, single bed €12, towel kit €8 per person.
