The residence is located in the immediate vicinity of the resort's swimming pool and spa, open SUMMER and WINTER, children's playgrounds, tennis courts (5 min walk), and 50 m from the free winter shuttle stop. The resort center and shops are accessible in 10 minutes on foot.

Champagny – resort at 1250 m. This is the starting point for the cable car which takes skiers to the southern slope of the La Plagne/Paradiski area in 8 minutes, offering skiers staying in Champagny a variety of slopes and landscapes as well as exceptional snow conditions until the end of April.
Five kilometers higher, at an altitude of 1,450 m, lies a hidden treasure: the Vallon de Champagny le Haut. This listed natural site is home to a Nordic area, which offers a range of activities (cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowshoe and hiking trails, ice climbing, dog sledding) to be enjoyed in an exceptional setting.
