In a residence on the edge of a cove, beach at the foot of the residence, F2 mezzanine apartment approximately 35 m², equipped for 5 people located on the 2nd floor, consisting of an entrance, a kitchenette with two electric hobs, a mini oven, microwave and washing machine, a bedroom/cabin (2 trundle beds), a living room opening onto a terrace with sea view, a mezzanine (1 double bed + 1 single bed), a bathroom and a separate WC. A parking space in a covered and closed car park.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week

The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
We are approved by Holiday Vouchers.
