On the ground floor, pretty F2 type apartment equipped for 4 people, comprising: entrance hall, living room with sofa bed, kitchen area with electric hob, oven, microwave and washing machine, bedroom with 140 cm bed, bathroom, separate WC, large terrace, garage in the basement (access for small cars dim: 4.85 X 2.24 X H1.86).
Please note: residence with many steps to access the accommodation.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).

The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
