4TERIMP-A004 - Superb new apartment with terrace, air conditioning, internet and parking in a recent residence (2023) Route Impériale in Collioure.
Ground floor apartment equipped for 4 people, a living room with TV, sofa bed for 2 people, adjoining fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, induction, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and small household appliances.
One bedroom (140 cm bed).
Terrace, private parking, air conditioning and private Wi-Fi. Elevator in the building. Batteries beach and coves approximately 300m away.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over at the agency (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).

The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
