Come and discover this beautiful, bright and spacious duplex apartment (with an internal staircase) equipped for 4 people, consisting - on the ground floor - of an entrance hall, a bedroom with air conditioning (1 bed 120) with access to a beautiful terrace with sea view, a separate toilet. Downstairs (descending duplex) Dining room / kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine access to a 2nd terrace, a 2nd bedroom with a 140 cm bed completes this property, shower room. Your vehicle will find its place in a garage in the basement (narrow private parking).
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
