This combined property, this duo of apartments, is ideal for one or more families (or a group of friends), offering two bright and adjoining apartments (11 windows!), a rare combination in the heart of Metz – 135 m² served by a shared hallway, YOUR private space behind the front door.
In one apartment:
Three bedrooms: 1 bed 160x200 cm and 2 beds 140x200 cm.
In the other apartment:
One very large bedroom (21 m²) with a 160x200 cm bed
A 140x200 cm sofa bed in the living room
If needed, we can add a 140x200 cm bed base and mattress in the bedroom
In addition, a baby crib and a 90x200 cm mattress for a child are available, allowing you to stay up to 14 guests (including two children).
The two combined apartments offer a total of 3 showers and 3 separate toilets.
For a truly convivial stay, you can dine together with up to 12 people around a large table in the living area of one apartment, with the kitchen close at hand — or dine separately thanks to the two fully equipped kitchens.
