- 1 living room with sofa bed (2 places), TV and Wi-Fi
- a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, kitchen set, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, etc.) opening onto the living room
- 1 long balcony overlooking the kitchen and living room
- 1 bedroom with double bed and storage
- a bathroom with shower
- 1 WC.
🛌 The apartment has two sleeping areas: a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the amenities in the apartment, such as a television, Wi-Fi connection, a fully equipped kitchen (Dolce Gusto coffee machine), numerous storage cupboards, bed linen and towels on arrival provided for 4 people.
Following your reservation: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our apartments up to your expectations, all our reservations are guaranteed through a trusted third party, "Swikly." After confirming your reservation, you will receive an email from "Swikly," asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident in the apartment; it does not result in a debit or block on your credit card. Please note that without this bank verification, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you and your reservation will not be refunded. Note: This guarantee system is also authorized by the platforms.

🚌 Located just above Tram A connecting the city from North to South.
🚗 Parking is free around the building as well as in the surrounding car parks (take advantage of it)!

💁‍♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are located in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linens, so you can leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, sheets and bathroom linens will be placed on your bed.
🤝 This is a community-based housing project! All cleaning fees are donated to two charities (ESAT for disabled workers and community cleaning).
🕰️ Please note that check-in is possible from 5:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible until 10:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please contact us in advance. An additional fee of €24 including VAT applies in both cases.
🐶 If you come with your pet, we will ask you for €12 including tax / animal / day.
