Open kitchen (2 hot plates, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Carpet. Balcony. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

3-family house "Miramonte". 400 m from the centre of Kappl, 10 km from the centre of Ischgl, 20 km from the centre of Landeck, on a slope. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking at the house. Shop, grocery, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 100 m. Ski lift 1 km, gondola lift 1 km, slopes 50 m, ski bus stop 400 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
