Located on the 3rd floor with an external staircase, the accommodation does not have an elevator. It includes:
- 2 bedrooms each with a double bed of 160x200cm;
- 1 fully equipped and functional kitchen (Induction hob, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing machine);
- 1 bathroom with bathtub;
- 1 living room with a 145x200cm convertible sofa.
You will particularly appreciate its brightness.
Bordering the 18th and 19th arrondissements of Paris, Aubervilliers is part of the inner suburbs of Paris.
Aubervilliers experienced its boom in the late 19th century, with the nascent industrialization and the influx of workers from all over France and Europe. Since then, Aubervilliers has retained its industrial tradition and multicultural identity.
Although part of La Courneuve, the apartment is closer to the center of Aubervilliers, accessible in 5 minutes on foot.
