The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (access by external staircase, no elevator) and consists of:

1 fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine);
1 bathroom with bathtub;
1 bright living room with convertible sofa (145x200 cm).

Bordering the 18th and 19th arrondissements of Paris, Aubervilliers is part of the inner suburbs of Paris.
Aubervilliers experienced its boom in the late 19th century, with the nascent industrialization and the influx of workers from all over France and Europe. Since then, Aubervilliers has retained its industrial tradition and multicultural identity.
Although part of La Courneuve, the apartment is closer to the center of Aubervilliers, accessible in 5 minutes on foot.
