Located on the 4th floor of the residence (no elevator), this 27 m² 2-room apartment is equipped for 5 people. It includes:

THE RESIDENCE:
La Pendule is located approximately 100 meters from the start and end of the ski slopes. The resort center shops are 250 meters away. Public parking is available nearby. The north-facing apartments enjoy a magnificent panorama of the valley as well as a beautiful view of Mont Blanc.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The quietest resort in Les Coches, all residences are a maximum of 100 meters from the slopes and 300 meters from the shops. The Observatory district offers a beautiful view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort center is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
