You will be charmed by this lovely neo-Breton house in which you will occupy the 1st floor. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower as well as a comfortable living area. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a sofa and a television.
The house faces west, so you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the sea. And during the day you can observe the islands of Molène and Ouessant from the window.
You will also have access to the property\'s garage where you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The large garden is also shared with the owner, so you can enjoy the garden furniture or the sun loungers.
Do you want to go for a little hike? You cross the road and you are directly on the GR34 long-distance hiking trail! And if you prefer the beach, it is just behind the hiking trail, only 50m from the house!

For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children, you will also find nearby: the récré des 3 curés (amusement park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
