This apartment is composed of a main room with kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom equipped with a storage cupboard + chest of drawers, shower room with toilet.
A beautiful terrace allows you to enjoy meals outside in a relaxing setting: view of the marina and the marine lake.
For parking, you will have a private space in the large car park located behind the residence.
