Bright 20m² studio, composed of a living room with a 140 cm sofa bed, a 90 cm extra bed for children, a television, wifi, dining area with microwave. At the entrance a kitchenette with fridge-top and 2-burner hob. A bathroom with toilet 100 m from the beach and the tourist office, 200 m from the heart of the city center, shopping street Rédares and 300 m from the shopping center of the fishing port. Close to the seaquaruim, minigolf, babyland, private beach, beach slide, water sports and many more activities to discover in Grau du Roi and its surroundings.
Municipal parking 200m away. Furnished and equipped for 3 people.
