PORT CAMARGUE - South Beach - In a secure residence on the marina with parking, beautiful green spaces, and a swimming pool with a paddling pool (pool open from mid-June to mid-September approximately). 30m² one-bedroom apartment with a large 12m² terrace, offering a lovely unobstructed view of the port and the pool. Bright living room opening onto the terrace with a built-in 80cm double bed, air conditioning, and a TV. A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave), a bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed (sleeps 3). Shower room with washing machine and separate WC. Furnished and equipped for 4/5 people. 400m from the beach, shops, and water sports.

Two separate security deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
Keys are handed over at the agency.
