This superb, fully renovated apartment is located on the fourth floor of its residence and offers an exceptional view of the surrounding larch forest and the summit of La Mazelière.
It has an entrance hall with storage, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, smart TV and modern decor, a dining room - fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub to relax after returning from the slopes, for a total surface area of 33 m², to which is added the balcony with garden furniture. Stay connected even during your vacation thanks to fiber internet access included with this accommodation!
You will find the apartment fully equipped for your comfort with: a full range of kitchen utensils, kettle, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, hairdryer, dishwasher as well as an additional smart TV in the bedroom for intimate evenings or breakfast in bed.
For an ideal night's sleep, you will have a large 140 x 200 cm convertible sofa in the living room as well as a 160 x 200 cm queen-size bed with an Ultra-Comfort mattress in the bedroom, allowing you to accommodate up to 4 people in total.
Located at the end of the corridor and slightly set back from the central square of Les Orres 1800, you will enjoy a peaceful stay with a 180° view and no overlooked views, while being less than 100 meters from the slopes. You will also be less than 200 meters from the center of the resort and its small shops (supermarket, restaurants, laundromat, regional products store, etc.) and only a few hundred meters from the hiking trails.
