This charming apartment is located on the 1st floor of the "Les Silènes" building in Hauts de Préclaux and offers a superb view of the mountain peaks of Les Orres and its shopping square.
Measuring 35m², its sleeping area has been closed off to create two separate bedrooms. It now comprises a bright living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, and a sunny, east-facing balcony.
It will comfortably accommodate up to 6 people with a 140 x 190 cm double bed in the master bedroom, two 90 x 190 cm single beds in the second and a modern 140 x 190 cm rapido convertible sofa.
You will also find all the necessary equipment for your vacation.
The residence is located on the central square of Les Orres 1800, so you will be close to shops, restaurants and activities, as well as ski and mountain bike slopes.
You will also benefit from a private ski locker and free access to the sunny heated outdoor swimming pool as well as the residence's sauna and fitness area (open during winter and summer).
